Autoruns

shows you what programs are configured to run during system bootup or login, and shows you the entries in the order Windows processes them. Using this tool, you can easily manage your start up program. You can just disable, delete the entry and you can also check out the file properties with just a click(right) on your mouse. If you want to check an entry in the registery, just select jump to on the right click menu.

Process Explorer

shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded. It listed out all active process with detail information like Process ID, CPU usage, window title, company name and description. It also can show you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded. It’s like an Advance Task Manager with much more functions.
